- Now make layers. In an wide pot put some oil in bottom 2tbsp than 1/2 rice..
- Than masala, than chicken tiqqa pieces if you like to add potatoes than add fried potatoes.
- Than again rice layer, put some orange food colour and oil or ghee 2tbsp on top and put on a tawa on high heat first few 8_10mins then low it to dum for 20 mins..
- If you like more smoky flavour than give it a coal dum also in last.
