Steps to make Peri Peri creamy macaroni:
- Add oil in wok or pan and let it heat than add ginger garlic paste and saute them.add 250 g of boneless chicken and fry it till changes colour.
- Add green onion and saute it than add 1tsp of coriander powder,1tsp turmeric powder,1tsp black pepper powder and stir it than cover and cook for few minutes or till oil separates and chicken almost done..add 1 cup of cabbage and stir fry few minutes than add 1 green capsicum and stir fry this also….
- After frying these add 2 carrots and fry..than add salt to taste..also add 1tsp of black pepper powder and mix well.. now cover and cook till veggies soften…
- Remove the lid and check than add 2tbsp of soya sauce and chili sauce each and cook for few minutes than remove the cooked chicken and veggies and set aside…
- Now add 4,5tbsp of butter and let it melt than add 1tsp if ginger garlic paste and saute it..than add green onion and saute it also.. than add 4tbsp of all-purpose flour and fry it.
- Now add 1.5 cup milk gradually keep on stirring so doesn't burn or stuck or no lumps formed add 3tbsp of cream and mix well.
- Now add 2tbsp of peri peri masala (peri peri paste can be used instead of masala) 2tbsp of chili garlic sauce and cheese as required and cook till desired consistency…
- Peri peri sauce is ready.. now add cooked chicken and veggies and toss it well….
- Now add boiled macroni and 1tbsp of black pepper powder mix well add cheese on top and cover nad cook till cheese melt..peri peri creamy macaroni is ready to serve…
