  3. Strain the pureed mixture and keep it aside..
  4. Take the same pan..add oil and fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.Keep it aside..
  5. Add 2 tbps of butter in the pan..add finely sliced ginger.. saute it well..add the pureed mixture, nutmeg powder…and cook it on medium flame for ten minutes…add kasuri methi, chicken give it a mix and cook it for 5 can add water to adjust the consistency of gravy as per your choice.1 tsp of honey to balance the tangyness from tomatoes..
  6. Add cream and cook it for another 5 minutes…
  7. Serve it with Roti or Jeera Rice..
