- Make a fine paste for both step 3 and 4.
- Now in a pan, add 3 tsp oil. Add bay leaves and onions to it. Stir 2-3 min in lower flame then add chicken pieces.
- Stir well and then cover it for 3 min in lower flame. After 3 mins, chicken will release the moiture.
- Add tomato and onion paste to it. Cook in high flame for 2 min then cover it in medium low flame for 2 min. After 2 min again continuous stir in high flame till the gravy become thicker.
- Once the gravy gets thicker, add the sesame pastes on it. Add salt as per taste. Stir well and cover it for another 3 min in lower flame..
- After 3 minutes chicken are ready to serve. Squeeze half of lemon or 2-3 tsp lemon juice to bring some tangyness to it and off the flame..
- Topping with white sesame seeds and Serve hot with steam rice.
