- In karahi melt butter n put chicken in it and put slit green chillies n continue to saute for 3 mins and add tomato puree n half cup water n cover it n cook for 15 mins on slow flame till chicken get done.
- Then add crushed cashew nuts,coriander leaves n lemon juice n cover n cook for 5 mins.
- Stir in fresh cream n mix gently.Remove from heat.Place coal on open flame till it becomes red hot.
- Remove coal from heat n put the coal in a small steel bowl.Place the bowl over chicken n pour 1 tbsp of warm ghee over it..
- As soon as it begins to smoke cover the kadai wid a lid.
- Open the lid after ten mins.Remove bowl with coal..
