- Add red chillies flakes and whole red chillies; Uncover and cook until oil separates on med – high flame.
- Soak rice well (I took kainat rice) for at least 1 hour and Wash rice well.
- Boil rice with all spices whole (sabat garam), vinegar (sirka), salt (namak) 2 tsps ; Once done 75% ; drain them in colander and keep them aside..
- Grease another pan and.
- Give layers of chicken masala and boiled rice ; add chopped coriander and mint leaves and lemon slices.
