- Take 2 packet of Maggi Masala Noodle.
- Take 2 packet of Maggi Taste maker from the masala noodle.
- Take 2 tbsp of Maggi Hot and sweet sauce.
- Take 2 of Bolied Potatoes/Chicken 500g grms cut into small cubes.
- Prepare 1 of Onion chopped.
- Make ready 2 of Tomato chopped.
- Take 1 of boiled Potato chopped.
- Get 1/2 of Capsicum chopped.
- Take 1 tbsp of Fresh coriander chopped.
- Make ready 1 cup of Bhel Mix.
Steps to make Crispy Maggi Bhel:
- Take boiled chicken or Potatoes and cut into small cubes.Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil.Add 1 pckt maggi taste maker from the masala noodle packet.Fry it for 2 mins.Add the boiled chicken/Potatoes and fry till the masala is nicely coated all over.Set aside.
- In a kadai put 1 packet noodles Break them into small pcs..Add ½ pckt of the maggi taste maker to it and toast the noodles on very slow flame till they turn nice golden brown.They need to be very crispy.Make sure not to burn them.
- Take 1 pckt of the Maggi masala taste maker and 2 tbsp of hot & sweet tomato sauce.Add little water and make our sauce.
- Place the chopped onion,potatoes,tomatoes and the stir fried maggi chicken/Potatoes cubes in our serving dish.
- Top it with bhel mix and our pan toasted maggi noodles.
- Drizzle our prepared sauce and give a gentle stir..
- Garnish with some fresh chopped coriander leaves.
