  20. Get As per taste of Oil.

Steps to make Chicken Pancakes:

  1. Firstly take the chicken in a mixing bowl. Then add all the above ingredients like chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, oregano herbs, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, maida, turmeric powder, soya sauce & ghee. Mix everything very well..
  2. Then add egg, water and lime juice and combine everything very well once again to get a semi-liquid consistency, as shown below..
  3. Now heat a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil for shallow frying. As the oil gets hot. Add 2 tbsp of the chicken batter into it and spread it a little, just like malpuas. Add 3 to 4 at a time, not more then that..
  4. Once one side gets done, gently flip it, to switch on the sides, so that the other sides gets golden too. Cover the pan and thaw the pancakes on a low flame until its done completely from both the sides. It would take roughly around 10 mins for each batch to get done completely. Repeat the same with the rest of the pancakes. Now remove them on a tissue paper..
  5. Now serve it hot with any mayo or dips of your choice..
