- Mix chicken with all ingredients.chilli,turmeric, salt garam masala, ginger and garlic paste,soya and tomato sauce,coriander powder.Marinate for 1 or 2 hours.
- Then pour oil in a non stick pan,when it's heated put the marinated chicken slightly fry and then add little water for chicken to be cooked.Keep on slow flame..
- Once chicken is tender and cooked add cut tomatoes pudina,green chille,coriander leaves, vinegar,sugar and let the chicken cook in this mixture for 10 to 15 minutes until slightly dry with little gravy left..
