  2. Take of 200 gm chicken meat.
  3. Get of 200 gm prawns.
  4. Prepare of 1 tbsp chopped garlic.

  7. Make ready of 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaf.

At our place here, Ronak absolutely hates it and I on the other hand absolutely love it! Wash and slightly scrap the skin. Then soak them in salted water for half an hour. Drain the water and keep it aside.

Instructions to make Stuffed Bitter Gourd:

  1. Wash & slice & remove center of the bitter gourd. Blance with boiling water + salt for few second. Drain & put in ice water. Tap dry and coat with corn flour inside the gourd.
  2. Chop the chicken & prawns to resemble paste, mix in the garlic, ginger, onion, pepper, salt, seasoning, corn flour, lemon juice & coriander leaf..
  3. Fill the Bitter Gourd rings with the paste and coat with corn flour..
  4. Fry the coated bitter gourd in a non stick pan with a bit of oil. Fry both side until golden brown. Serve with a squeeze of lemon Or serve with plain briyani or pulao.
