  5. Add ginger garlic paste and red chilli paste and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add yoghurt in it and mix it properly and cook it for another 5-10 minutes.
  7. Add fried onion, mix it and cook till all the oils comes out.
  8. Fry until the oil separates.
  9. Add water as per the gravy u want and boil it on a high flame →in the end add gram masala and garnish it with ginger strings and green chilli.

Pulse until it becomes a coarse paste. Add the fried onion paste, salt, and coriander to the pot with the chicken. Garnish with fresh chopped herbs, spicy red chili flakes, and cashews to serve. You can garnish with parsley, basil or cilantro, or whatever herbs you might prefer. Very easy chicken korma recipe for quick weeknight meals if you can get the marinating going ahead of time.
